    How to check certification status

    Hello everyone,

This is my first post here so I hope this is the correct section of this forum.

Anyways, I already passed my ACIS 6002 last July 17, 2013 with Pearson Vue though a local examiner here in Kuwait.

Now I'm aware that Avaya redesigned its website. I used to go to avaya-learning.com but I couldn't log in so I ended up creating a new account but with the same email address for my username.

I was told that it would take some time before I could have get my certificate from Avaya.

So going back to my question, how can I track & possible get a copy of my certification?

Use Avaya SSO for avaya-learning portal login.
    Check your certifications @ https://i7lp.integral7.com/durango/d...nnel=integral7
Note: Separate login required for Avaya Certification Management System.

Your account should have been migrated into the new Avaya CMS, an account activation email would have been sent to your email the week of 4 August 2013. The email has instructions to activate the account. Please reply if you do not have this email.

Here is how an Avaya CMS account is generated:
        a. A student is new to the program and is taking an Online Test for the FIRST time. In this moment when the test record feeds into Avaya CMS, and CMS does not find a profile match, a new Avaya CMS account gets generated. In this moment, the Avaya CMS system automatically generates and sends an account activation email to the email address the student put in the TSX profile!
        b. A student is taking an Avaya Proctored Exam and using a DIFFERENT First/Last Name or email address for the Web Account in the VUE Exam Registration than in their TSX Profile and or Avaya CMS account. In the moment the exam record goes from VUE Exam Reg. à Avaya CMS, the Avaya CMS system will not find a profile match and will generate a NEW Avaya CMS account. In this case an Account Activation Email is sent out to the email of the VUE Web Account profile.
        2) As part of the SumTotal LMS conversion, accounts were automatically set up in Avaya CMS. All of those account activation emails were sent to students the end of week Aug 4.

unfortunately, no. i didn't receive any activation email. nowhere in my inbox nor my spam folder.

i'm quite sad now that it's been over a month & i haven't received a copy of my certificate.
