I have spend some time in live chat thsi morning because I am unable to download anything. I am presented with an EULA to accept and then a blank page and no download. The agent logged in on my computer and proved that the issue was not computer or browser related.
I have Sold-to numbers associated with my account that should give me access to the downloads I am accessing. The agent gave me a email address to contact in regards to this issue, but I lost my session before I could copy the address.
Please can someone have a look at this or provide me with the contact details to get it resolved? Thanks
