After I log into https://support.avaya.com and click on the "Service Requests" option on the top menu I get a message that says "This functionality is only available to customers and partners who are logged in. Please sign in now."
However, I am signed in. It says "Welcome Curtis" and I can view my profile and can see the "Log Out" option on the main support page.
UPDATE: I found that I am still pending approval for our SoldTo number, this was requested 5/23/13. Who needs to approve this request?
