I created a login on the support site to report a minor issue. After I received the email that the login was approved and ready to go. But when I click to log a new service request, I get a message "There are no sold to locations associated with your account. A sold to is required in order to create a service request.

Due to an unforseen error I needed to create a ticket soyour account profile will allow you to create tickets and view your Sold To information. The ticket number is IC930648. If you do not have access by the end of the week, please email me directly [email protected].
Additionally, if you are in need of repair and have yet to create a Service Request, please let me know and I will be happy to assist you in getting one created.
