Work Order Closed - No Resolution
My work request #1-4559192363 was closed and my problem was not resolved. I have tried to reach out to customer support and it tells me I have to login.....when I am already logged in. I have tried every avenue possible to get this issue resolved and posting on here is my last resort. I have a broken phone that my company is paying monthly to maintain and the problem is not being resolved. Assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of things, first, I have gone ahead and created a Servie Request for you, someone should be contacting you soon to help troubleshoot your issue. The Service Request number is: 1-4593976531
Second, I found an issue with your online account profile which is why you were not able to login and create a Service Request earlier. IT will need to refresh your account so it will work again, that ticket number is IC940473.
