I would like to complaint Avaya China that someone rushing the partner to close the case. Even the partner said that please wait the confirmation from the customer first, for sure we will inform you soon. Yea, Avaya China said Ok, will keep the case open. But when I go to check in Avaya Support website the case was already closed. What is meant of saying that I will keep the case open?
I know that you want to get the marks of closing a lot of cases, but please sometime we should be the friendly and nice supporter.
