    Application will not open

    The one-x communicator 6.1 will not open and it will not open becasue of a ntdll.dll error. Remove the application, cleaned all registry keys and files. Even after reinstalling, the same error message keeps appearing. Any ideas?

    The exact error the user sees is "Avaya one-x communicator Engine R6.1 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working. Please close the application."
