Internet Explorer 10

When is the Avaya web page going to support IE 10? If I log in using IE 10 it warns me that it is not compatible with IE 10 but does login to the site. If I do a search in the forums it gives me and error saying it can not connect to search.avaya.com

Our company only allows us to use IE for all web access.
