    Manage Service Requests list view

    Hi everyone,

    i found that the List view (here: https://support.avaya.com/service-requests/ ) for SRs has been changed to a more compact view. Although i generally like the more clean look of the listing, i would apprechiate if the list would somehow also contain the Description field of the SR to help distinguishing the SRs in this list.
    Since we always have several Cases open at a time, this would improve the usability of the Table.
    I would have two suggestions how to accomplish this
    Either by adding a new Line per SR which spans all Cells and putting the description there (maybe make it a flip-out)
    -or-
    provide the Description through a Mouse-over tooltip when moving over the SR Number

    The first suggestion would certainly be my favourite...

      Did you get any feedback on this? It would make work for me as the main SR guy in our Company much easier...

        Yes, I did - they thought it was a good suggestion and added to their list of ideas in how best to use the real estate. All these ideas are put into in a queue for consideration, combination with other ideas, prioritization, and eventually implementation in some form (assuming it was decided to implement it).

        So unfortunately I can't say when/if you will see the results.
