SFTP Download Question
Does support.avaya.com and plds.avaya.com plan on implementing support for sftp downloading of documentation and firmware? Currently, if you click to download a document, it brings you to a link to download it via ftp with no option for sftp. My end customer's corporate security is saying that they can no longer use ftp.

Avaya is moving away from FTP usage. PLDS does not use FTP. Please provide an example of a PLDS FTP download so we can take a look at it.Sharon | Avaya Support Web Team | Avaya Client Services

Sharon, thank you for your reply. I am checking back with the end user regarding PLDS and will let you know. As for the document downloads, you said the support site is migrating away from FTP. What is it migrating to?Comment

I made a few more checks and it turns out that they are not having a problem with PLDS after all. It is just with the support site.Comment
