I have 2 Vantage phones (model K175D01A-1015) I am currently beta testing for some wireless users on the Equinox platform.
I have noticed in testing that if the devices lose power some settings get lost (i.e. passwords for the device and TLS certificates), if the device is without power for a more substantial amount of time it will completely factory reset.
We don't have any device servers set up yet for the equinox platform and all settings are put into the phone and application manually.
Is this normal expected behavior? Is there a way to keep this from happening (aside from avoiding power outages)?
