Rebooting J159 Phone

Hello.

We have had to change names and other information on extensions. However, just ONE phone will not change the names on the extensions or even let me "redial" or any other special functions. Can someone please help in how I can reboot this phone? Thank you.

Literally reboot: Officially press the menu button, select Administration and enter the admin password. Then scroll down to and select Restart phone. Unofficially, just switch it off (unplug) and switch it on again.

Its more likely you mean reset to default and reinstall as if its a new phone. Same as the official restart but select Reset to defaults instead.
