Contact Closure

The contact closure port on the G430 or G450 is not usable without the Partner ACS Contact Closure Adjunct. Avaya no longer sells the Partner ACS Contact Closure Adjunct, so the CCA port on both the G430 and the G450 cannot be used.

I would want to have the pinout from CCA port in order to make external harware platform for door phone/open/close application..

Unfortunately this is not documented anywhere I could find. However, the supported method is using the Parner Contact Closure adjunct. The Partner adjunct uses an RJ11 and the CCA jack is an RJ45. So the pins in use would be 3,4,5 and 6. The problem is that I've tried this in my lab in the past without the Partner adjunct and wasn't able to map out the closure leads.
