96x1 phones - PSN003529u and PCN1825Pu

I'm confused. On Monday, I got the E-notification that contained info about PSN003529u, which appears to address some problems I'm having at some locations with my 96x1 phones. That update is not out there in the 9600 H.323 6.0.x downloads. On Tuesday, I got the E-notification that contained info about PCN1825Pu, which is dated October 18 and appears to indicate that SP5 is what we should be using.

Is there a new patch available now? If so, when will it be on the support site?

Interim patches (such as 6.022E referenced in the PSN) are not posted to the support portal. They are given out on an as-needed basis when a case is escalated to Avaya by a channel partner.
