We have a call center enviroment where we have been using the Avaya IP Softphone R5.2.
Since last week we started to experience an issue with the softphone that is affecting any random softphone, while on an active call the agent get the following message on the softphone:
"The network connection to the Avaya call server was lost while you were on a call"
The active call is lost and the softphones needs to re-login to the call server.
We have verified our LAN and no errors were found, the PCs does not lost connectivity to the network, the CLANs do not show any errors or network disconnection.
I understand this should be a problem related to the endpoints but i have not been able to indentify the root cause of the problem.
Any ideas on what is causing the problem?
Thanks in advance for the help or info on this topic.
