I have some endusers in busy areas who are having trouble with the transfer feature on the 96x1 phones.
When they are on the phone and a second call rings in, the "Transfer" option disappears from the softkeys. In order to transfer the call, they have to put it on hold, answer the second call, put that on hold, then go back to the first call to transfer. Our staff are finding this time-consuming and cumbersome.
Is there a way to change which softkeys display when the phone is in that "active and ringing" state? We've played around with what displays on those keys in other contexts, and would like to be able to change the options when the phones are in this state.
