9641G with SBM24

We are facing an issue on the DSS/expansion modules (SBM24) with the 9641 IP Phones:The problem is that they are not indicating the BLF information. knowing that the 9641G "Supports up to three 12 or 24 Button Expansion Modules enabling efficient, high-speed call management"(as indicated in the brochure)kindly advice with a solution for this issue.
NB. the telephony system is ana Avaya IPO500V2 R8

If you have assigned busy indicators on the 24 button modules and they are not displaying properly, you need to initiate a ticket with Global Services.
