    Avaya 96xx ip phone app file issue

    changing avaya ip phones from application file ha96xxual_50.bin to hb96xxaul_50.bin. The new phones will not boot up

    Hi,
    Are you getting any error during boot up? Its better if you collect a sniffer /syslog and escalate the same to Avaya Backbone team via Service request.
