We have Avaya 4612 IP phones. I have a phone that has been working but now when plugged in just says
Starting....
This message never goes away. No key combination I have tried has any response at all so doing a button forced reset does not appear to be an option.
Is there a way to do an offline reset? or is this phone ready to be permanently retired?
