9641G won't Pair with Bluetooth Headset

I have a 9641G that is new and am trying to pair a bluetooth headset (Blue Ant Q2)with it. It finds the headset but when it tries to process the passcode it errors out saying that the code should be 0000 or 1234 and asks if you want to try again. The code is 0000. I try it again and still errors out. I have made sure the Bluetooth setting is enabled in the settings file. The software load is 6.2.2. Am I missing something else? I want this to work so very badly!!!

I'm having the same problem here. I was able to pair other devices, but the Q2 seems to have a problem with the passcode
