    replacing telephone under contract

    have left messages on 800-242-2121 on 1/3/13, 1/7/13, 1/9/13 requesting to replace a 6424D+ under contract, but never receive acknowledgement or the replacement phone. it's beyond aggravating at this point. when there were live avaya employees answering the phones, our requests were taken care of in 24 hours. it is now day 7, and no replacement & no record of request on avaya's very unhelpful support site, or via email. tried live chat, leaving messages, sending email but nothing works. need to get this resolved - please provide a solution that works. thank you
