Upgrading the firmware on 9621 sets with file 96x1-IPT-H323-R6_2_3_12-120612.zip dated Jan 7, 2013 causes the screen to be upside down after they are upgrade. We have upgrade this on three labs and has happened on all three systems and just on the 9621 phones. The 9611 and 9641 sets seems to be ok.
