I have an Avaya 2410 phone and there are soft keys I can program on the right side of the display. I can get to the programming function and can select the soft key I wish to program and it asks for the number. I need to program PAUSES in the string and cannot locate any key that will send a PAUSE.
I can select pause for programming SPEED DIALS, but that isn't what I want.
Is there a way to input a PAUSE into a dial string when programming the right hand display soft keys?
