Definity PBX - 8410D station

I have an 8410D phone that is ringing on it's own. RIngs for no reason and when answer it, nothing is there. Have physically replaced phone, rewired wall jack, repunched all connections back to Definity chassis. STILL, phone is randomly ringing without being called. Any and all information would be helpful.

Hi dsmhelpdesk,

Please try to do command list usage ext xxxx where xxxx is the station number of your 8410D digital station. Then from there, verify if it is being used as reference to other programming ( e.g. coverage path destination, used in vector programming.., bridge appearance, call pickup group etc), then if it is assigned to other programming, verify it if you still need the said programming and remove them if they are not needed.

Check if you have assigned any Bridge-appr button on the 4th page of
display station xxxx .
