1692 Conference Unit - Dead?

Hello everyone

we have now at least 2 1692 units that are dead.. The red LED`s will light but the screens remain blank and the boot process doesnt start.

The Phones are connected to POE switches that are working ok and all cables and switch ports have been tested and worked.

Anybody any ideas for this? are the units simply dead?

Plug in another good working 1692 unit to the same PoE port,if it works then the two 2 1692 phones are faulty.
