1692 - Red Lights, No Display

Hi Everyone,

We currently have multiple 1692 phones showing nothing more than three red lights on top, and no display. Some of these come on after being left on for hours - some never come on.

Any ideas what's happening with them, or how we can troubleshoot (if at all?)
