Avaya 6140 Wirelss Handset - Bad Code Type

Using the HAT tool to program a 6140 wireless phone and when I start up the phone I get a "Bad Code Type 32 Expected Type 33".

Anyone know how to fix this or if there is just an option in the HAT tool that needs to be changed.
    Thanks

The "Universal" hardware can be identified by a black bezel around the screen, a red "Avaya" above the screen on the left, and no model number on the face. It is this version that can load either H.323, UNIStim, or SIP software.

The older 3641/3645 (silver bezel around the screen, either 3641/3645 on the right above the screen) can load H.323 or SIP software.

An older 6120/6140 (silver bezel around the screen) manufactured in Aug 2010 or later can load either UNIStim or SIP software. An older 6120/6140 manufactured before Aug 2010 can only load UNIstim software.
