Hello,

The phone service is currently on but our messaging system is still receiving our messages.. how do I fix this issue so that our doctors office only receives the messages.

Hello. may I ask you to give some more details on this?

Does the user receive a call and the call goes immediately to voice mail? ( in this case, the phone usually has a send-all-calls button that needs to be disabled)
