Centralized Administration Tool saves the settings in XML files, which makes the tool useful in large-scale deployments. Use these files to configure Avaya one-X® Communicator settings on multiple computers.

What is the current version of this tool? Is there a purchase required, as I do not see it in PLDS downloads.

Avaya one-X® Communicator Admin Control Tool

You can find the Avaya one-X® Communicator Admin Control Tool in the installer zip file.

- Access the Avaya Support site and download the latest version of Avaya one-X® Communicator (link to Avaya one-X® Communicator Release 6.2 Service Pack 11 https://support.avaya.com/downloads/...eleaseId=6.2.x. However, as new versions are released, link will be different.
- In the downloaded compressed file, you will find the executable: "onexcuiadmin.exe"
