Hi,
i am developing a push application using avaya push sdk to send some data every interval to ip phones 9641,9621. and also i have configured avaya menu list to link my web url.
i am facing the following problem.
1. application sending push msg to ip phone once push msg displayed on the screen and if the user not taking any action simply pressing the home and log out from the ip phone.and next user login to the the same phone and if user press the menu list from avaya phone,the previous push msg displaying on the phone screen which sent for the previous user.and its not redirecting the configured url in avaya menu list at 50% of time.some time its refreshing
2. i have posting some data using from phone wml browser to server.and if the server takes some time about 20 sec to respond,the phone browser getting timeout maximum in 10 sec.i need to increase the timeout to wait for response data from the server.
3. by default extra refresh button displaying in browser , if i put some button in wml content .how to disable the refresh button
4.if i put input field, by default lable placed lile [ENTER TEXT HERE].how to remove this label
kindly let me know how to solve this issues
