Avaya phone ringing every morning
This is my very first post. My boss has a avaya partner 103g16 system in his home. within the last couple of weeks, the phone in his office will ring every morning at 4am. he has to answer it and hang it back up or none of his other phones will work. I went to his house and the batteries needed replacing, which i did. thought this would fix his problem but it has not. has anyone else had their phones ringing on a schedule. any help would be greatly appreciated..

Did you also have a power failure while the batteries were needing replacing? It's possible that the programming had defaulted itself, and needs to be reprogrammed.
Is there a voicemail system installed as well? Partner Mail, Partner Voice Messaging, Partner Messaging?
I'm thinking that it is the voicemail system making the call, and the system may require reprogramming.
