1. Download the new firmware from support.avaya.com.
2. Put the new firmware on your http server.
3. Make sure the phones are configured to access the http server (there are many ways of doing this).
4. Reboot the phones (there are many ways of doing this).
If you have not already done so, download and read the Installation and Administration guides.
