How can I create a call from a webbrowser using avaya one-x

    Hi,

I have a webpage having a button and a textbox on it.

I want that each time I click on the button. I can create a call to the phone number that I entered in the textbox.

    Thanks in advance, guys.

You are looking for the "Click to Dial" feature in One-X. What version of one-X communicator are you using please?

if it is r.6.1, go into the General Settings and select "Preferences" under "Devices and Services." Then check the appropreate box under "Click-to-Dial." Once you restart one-X, you should be able to click a number in a browser to dial it. Does that answer your Q?
      Thank you,

        Hi,
What I want somehow like "Click to Dial".
A litle bit difference is that I want the call made by click on the button (not on a phone number which is currently in the textbox).
        Do you have any idea?

If I understand correctly, the web page has a "radio button" that when clicked opens a text box. Is this correct? Can you attach a screen shot of the button and text box?
