In the office we are all running Avaya 9508 desktop phones; I purchased a Plantronics H351N headset for use.
I plugged in into the Headset jack and nothing, phone works through the handset and speaker but not the headset, is there a feature I did not enable or something else that I am missing.
I triple checked the compatibility before I bought it so I know it works with it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
