Hi All,
Our business has an Avaya IP500 system and we have been using BT Elements Cordless phones for our warehouse staff as the handsets are robust and withstand being dropped alot.
The issue is that the phones do not seem to work very well with the Avaya system, therefore I am looking for a compatible replacement which works as well as my BT1000 cordless handset, but which is robust and will not break if dropped.
