Reset 9608 without CRAFT Menu

Any help is appreciated.....

I have a phone (9608) remote from the office. It connects through a VPN, some of the VPN settings are incorrect, and it cannot establish the tunnel.

The last 46xx settings file it loaded set PROCSTAT to 1, so I am not able to access the CRAFT menu. The phone will not attempt the http server for a new file, as this comes after the VPN in the sequence.

In short, the phone boots to the VPN sequence and stops when it fails. It gives the option of logging into program, but it is view only, and not the full menu set.

Any idea on how to reset this phone to factory, or to access the CRAFT menu despite the PROCSTAT setting?

Found the answer.....

The solution was to send the PROCSTAT 0 parameter in the option 242 setting from the DHCP server. This unlocked the CRAFT menu.
