Avaya 9608 Incoming Call Display Question

Hi,

I hope I'm posting this question in the right forum.

We are using the Avaya 9608 IP telephone at work.

When a call is incoming, only the name of the caller is displayed, without the number. I work for a large organization and all of the names have the same generic name associated to them so it is impossible to know who is calling unless you have added the number specifically to your contact list.

Is there a way to have the number displayed on an incoming call instead of the name associated to the number?
