    Hi,


    I believe this is a correct forum, if is not correct sorry.


    I have an issue about call log in phones 9620L SIP, if you restart the phone, the call log still appear after restart, I believe the call log only can save with H323 phones.


    I found a PPM in SM but I don't know if the call log is saved with this option.

    PPM does contain feature buttons and call logs for SIP endpoints, though I'm not sure if logs will work for older 96x0 endpoints. It definitely does for 96x1s and OneX softphones. Check to make sure the endpoint is marked as an AST (Advanced SIP Telephony) device in the SM registration summary. It should subscribe to five event packages when registering and all five are needed for full functionality.

      Hi,

      The problem was solved, in SIP phones the call log is saved in flash memory.
