    E129 Wall Mount

We unfortunately have a customer that wanted some of the E129 sets wall mounted. Of course the spacing for the telco brackets are at 2 & 1/8" and standard Telco Wall plates have the posts spaced at 4 & 1/8". Working through our CAM team I am told the Product Manager is "pulling their hair out trying to find a solution". They were expecting a adapter to be out in late Dec. and I am not getting any updates and we have reached Jan.

My first thought was this was a European standard as I recall these being released there first, but unfortunately was not able to find any providers that had a plate to match this phone's back-plane. I also looked to distributors and there suppliers to see is someone could make a plate to match and no one wants to provide this unless we are looking at thousands, not dozens.

Has anyone found a wall bracket solution for this phone? It is causing quite the disgruntled customer.

      HI,
The part code is 700510361. But, We currently do not have any stock in the usa. Try our distributors Westcon, Scansource, or Jenne.
