Expansion Moduel BM12 and 9611 G Phone contact issues

Good afternoon
I have the expansion mod for my phone and I am trying to edit my contacts on the expansion side. I found where I can rename the name associated to the numbers already on it but unsure how to change the phone numbers, delete or add as needed. Any help would be great

That is (IMHO) a rather "clugy" process. The process is done on 9608, 9608G, and 9611G desksets. Here is the Procedure:

1. From the Phone screen, scroll right twice to display the System Numbers menu.
2. Scroll to the line to which you want to assign a label or number. Some labels are not editable. If you can't scroll to a certain line or hear an error tone when you press the line button, you cannot edit that label.
3. Press Edit.
4. Use the dialpad to enter the label text or the Autodial number.
5. Press Save.
