I have a 5610 IP phone that frequently has the screen freeze up on the user. It does not affect calling in or out of the phone, but she is unable to see who is calling, accessing Visual Voicemail, etc.
Rebooting the phone fixes the problem, but seems like only temporarily.
Firmware = 2_9_1
We checked the port on the switch and do not see any issues on the interface.
