Dect C4070 handsets

I have a traditional dect system that has had a number of C4070 handsets added. These handsets are experiencing call cut off. I wish to upgrade the handset firmware and have access to the cradle, detailed below, to perform the upgrades. The firmware I have is version 1.83, however there is reference on Avaya's web site to a later version, 3.01.
Can anyone supply the firmware and the location where it can be found on your web site.
　
In a traditional DECT system, an upgrade tool (Product code: NTTQ8310E6, N0162967, 4027/4070 Upgrade Tool) needs to be ordered to be able to do the firmware upgrades. This tool can be ordered manually by contacting service account managers. The firmware file that needs to be used in a traditional DECT system has .hex extension.

I would be happy to dowload the latest version of C4070 DECT handset but you are already on the same version i.e. the only version available of C4070 handsets is 4070_v0183.

I don't know from where you have seen that the latest version for this handset is 3.0.1 because the version 3.0.1 is the software version of messenger not the C4070 DECT handset.

You can only see the 4000 series DECT software version but cannot download it as it need the AVAYA SSO login.

Driver for the Serial-USB RTX_PIK_Driver.zip

Hi,

I am looking for the drivers for the USB to use with the serial tool to upgrade the firmware for the 4070. It is named in the documentation as RTX_PIK_Driver.zip.
I raced a case but no answer yet.
I am at the customer site and waiting for it.
Can anybody help ,me please.
