Disable mute key on Avaya 9608

    Disable mute key on Avaya 9608

    Hi everybody,

    Is it possible to disable mute key during a call?

    I need that anyone on calling, could not be able to silence a call.

    looks like this is available only on 16xx phones

      this feature is available for 96x1 as well (afaik 9608 belongs to 96x1 family).

              Look at the default 46xxsettings.txt file which I posted. The MUTESTAT parameter only applies to 16xx. It does NOT apply to 96x1 (which includes the 9608).
