9611G - Cannot find Application Settings Menu Option

Hello..

Looking at the manuals there should be an Application Settings menu under Options & Settings. I don't see this option however. I don't see any restriction in the 46xxsettings file. We are replacing 4600 series phones. I currently see the Application Options on those. I mist be missing something obvious. Thoughts? and Thanks!

You can to use key mute and next 27238 (craft). With the code you access to configuration menu.
