Hide the name

Hello

Is there a way in Avaya Site Administrator that I can hide a name associated with a phone number? I have several numbers that I do not wish to delete, but they still have the name of the old user on them. I do not want the name to appear when you start doing a search by inputing the first few letters of the name. Is there an easy way, short of deleting the name associated with the number?

Put 2 tildes, ~~ in front of the name, and they won't appear in the directory.
