    Expansion Module Programming

    Hey everyone!

I have a few 9641G phones that have anywhere from 1-3 SBM24 button module's attached. The guy who did the install never trained me on how to modify these side modules to add contacts and features etc. I was hoping to get some help on this topic as I cannot find anything in the phone itself nor the manager software that shows how to edit these side modules.

Thank you ahead of time for any piece of advice you guys can give me

You can administer the phone by pressing the Features option located in the right-bottom corner of the display, then look for User Mode, Self Administer, User BLF.

User BLF (Busied Lamp Field) allows you to program speed dials, as well as extensions. just enter the number e.g 201 or 914075551212, then finally press the desire key to be programmed.

If you are using Manager (Software Admin) is simpler. Just receive a configuration file, go to the user to be administered, button programming tab, and navigate to the bottom of your buttons.

save the config by pressing file/save or send config by merging it
