Avaya 1608 background noise in handset

Everithing is fine using speaker. But we hear noise in handset.
many 1608 phones share the same firmware 1.300B and 46xxsetting.txt.
The problem is only with several phones. They work fine in the morning before 10:00.
Earlier we had the same problem with 1.0565 release, so I suppose that firmware itself doesn't influence.

Seems firmware issue

After reviewing your post, I feel that the firmware might be the culprit, but in any case investigation by Avaya must be done to find the root cause.

I would suggest that you either create an online Service Request at http://support.avaya.com/ >> "Create Service Request", or call into the support center to ask this technical question.
