    Phone Firmware Upgradation

    hello ,

    We are using Avaya Aura CM with 6.3 version . Now we are planning to upgrade the phones firmware to the latest ones .

    the phone currently we are using are 9608 , 9620, 9611 ,9650 , B189,B179 and 1692 phones .

    Can any one give a guidance here that

    The ReadMe files associated with the firmware downloads on support.avaya.com typically indicate compatibility.

    The latest versions of firmware for each of these devices is compatible with CM 6.3.x.

    As of today, that is:
    - 9620 - H.323 3.2.2 or SIP 2.6.12
    - 9620C, 9620L, 9650, 9650C - H.323 3.2.6 or SIP 2.6.15
    - 9608, 9608G, 961G - H.323 6.6.1 or SIP 7.0.0
    - B189 - H.323 6.6.1
    - B179 - SIP 2.4.1
