Phones going not ready

Hi , Some agents complains that sometimes when they answer calls the ph goes not ready.(3905 or 2216).Anyon had this issue before.

Dear All,
I am fading similar problem, agent are going automatically on not ready and hang up for 2 to 3 min.
kindly advise what might be the issue we are facing.
