Hi All,
I have a couple of Avaya 1603SW-I handsets which are stuck in a 'boot loop'. Each tries to obtain an I.P. address, fails to do so and then attempts again.
Is there any way of performing a factory reset on these phones? I am hopeful that there is just a 'ghost' in the memory of the phone and not hardware damage.
Any help here will be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
David
